Service Description

With 18 years of experience as a swimming coach and personal trainer, Oleksandr Sarnetskyi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ISWIM Swimming School. He holds a specialist qualification in swimming coaching and physical education from the National University of Ukraine on Physical Education and Sport. Aleksandr is certified by the Canadian Red Cross in First Aid & CPR/AED Level-C, and as a personal trainer by the American Council of Exercise and the Ukrainian Fitness Federation. Throughout his career, Aleksandr has worked in various countries, including Ukraine, India, Kuwait, and Canada, gaining valuable experience in different cultural and training environments. His dedication to swimming and fitness is evident through his achievements, such as being a Master of Sports of international class in fins-swimming and a World Cup champion.

Cancellation Policy

Private lessons: ISWIM maintains a strict 24-hour notification cancellation and no-show policy for private lessons to ensure all of our clients have the same opportunity to receive the highest quality of personal attention and care in their swim lessons. Group lessons and Camps: No cancelations. At our discretion, we may offer you credits if the student suffers from a serious illness or a family bereavement such that they are unable to participate in a session or sessions forming part of the lessons. Make-up Classes: There are no credits or refunds for missed days due to changed work or vacation schedules. We offer two sick days per season. Please inquire about substitute class via email no longer than 7 days after the missed class. Make up classes are subject to availability. We recognize that extenuating circumstances exist. For cancellations due to medical illnesses, or for any other compassionate reason, please apply in writing to the office (no more than 7 days after the emergency occurred). At our discretion, we may offer you credits if the student suffers from a serious illness or a family bereavement such that they are unable to participate in a session or sessions forming part of the lesson. If the reason is medical or illness please include official documentation. Please note we do not accept photos of injury, medical documentation needs to be issued by a medical practitioner.
